We work together to choose between one or more development modules as part of our engagement strategy. The steps include meeting to identify and prioritize which development modules are needed and when. The next steps include identifying and enrolling participants in this process, with the objectives of focusing on improved organizational culture, leadership, and workflow. When done concurrently, this takes five to six weeks and when done sequentially, this takes fifteen to eighteen weeks to complete this work. In an effort to sustain your needs a check-in follow up is scheduled in 3 and 6 months after we have implemented the development modules.
